Commencing with model year 2006, each manufacturer must report, to the department, using the same format used to report this information to CARB, New York sales data 90 days after the end of the model year. During the engine manufacturer's production year, for each engine family, the engine manufacturer shall provide the commissioner within 45 days after the last day in each calendar quarter the total number of personal watercraft engines produced for sale in New York and their applicable FEL(s).
