210-3.1 Emission limits.
Commencing in model year 2006, each manufacturer's fleet of personal watercraft engines produced and delivered for sale in New York shall not exceed the emission limits set forth in California Code of Regulations, section 2442 (see Table 1, section 200.9 of this Title) using New York specific vehicle numbers.
