210-1.1 Applicability.
(a) This Part applies to all 2006 and subsequent model-year personal watercraft engines, unless otherwise indicated, offered for sale or lease, or sold, or leased, for registration in this State.
(b) The provisions of this Part also apply to personal watercraft engines of the United States or its agencies.
