208.2 Definitions.
(a) To the extent that they are not inconsistent with the specific definitions in subdivision (b) of this section, the general definitions of Parts 200 and 201 of this Title, and 40 CFR part 60, subpart Cf apply (see Table 1, section 200.9 of this Title).
(b) For the purposes of this Part, the following definitions apply:
(1) Closed landfill subcategory means a closed landfill that has submitted a closure report as specified in section 60.38(f) of 40 CFR part 60, subpart Cf, within one year of this Part becoming effective (see Table 1, section 200.9 of this Title).
