613-1.5 Recordkeeping.
(a) Every facility must maintain all records (in hard copy or electronic format) and make them available to the department within three business days following the department’s request, except for the results of the last 30 days of leak detection monitoring, which must be immediately available at the time of request.
(b) In the case of permanent closure or change-in-service records required under section 613-2.6(e) of this Part, or permanent closure records required under section 613-3.5(c) and 613-4.5(c) of this Part, the facility must transmit a copy of the records to the department within 30 days after permanent closure or change in service.
