8 CRR-NY 140.5
140.5 State and Federal fund allotments.
The allotment of special quotas from State funds as provided by article 23 of the Education Law, and from Federal funds as provided in the New York State Plan for Vocational Education, will be made by the Commissioner of Education to each county vocational education and extension board, in the annual apportionment of such funds, only when the provisions of law and the regulations as herein provided have been met by such board.
