(a) No person shall fail to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Long Island State Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Commission applicable to the area.

(b) Except as otherwise provided for in this Part, no person shall fail to adhere to the provisions of the Environmental Conservation Law, and regulations fixed by order pursuant thereto, in relation to open seasons, fishing hours, manner of taking and other regulations as they apply to fishing in the area.
