87.7 Public access and recreation.
(a) The refuge, except for designated nature trails, is closed to public access from March 1 through July 14. The open areas are delineated on maps available at the refuge headquarters.
(b) Travel by motor vehicle or on foot is permitted on designated travel routes for the purpose of nature study, photography, hiking and sightseeing during daylight hours.
(c) No person shall travel on other than designated travel routes.
(d) No person shall be in the area after dark, unless he has permission to be there.
(e) No person shall have a pet in the area unless it is on a leash which is not longer than 10 feet.
