(a) Hunters and trappers shall comply with all regulatory signs posted by the Department of Environmental Conservation on the area and shall not litter, build fires, damage or molest fences, gates, equipment or other property, damage or injure trees or plants, or hunt or shoot near or otherwise disturb persons who may be working on the area, or traverse the dune lines in areas where not specifically authorized.

(b) No person who is under the influence of intoxicants shall hunt or trap on the area, and no person shall possess or carry an intoxicant while hunting or trapping thereon.

(c) The department reserves the right to eject any person from the area for disorderly conduct, intoxication or any other behavior which endangers the general safety of persons on the area.

(d) All applicable provisions of the Environmental Conservation Law shall be in effect under this order. Also, the provisions of all Federal regulations applicable to the area shall be in effect.
