The provisions of this Part shall apply to Deep Pond located on the John J. Schiff Scout Reservation, property of the Theodore Roosevelt Council of the Boy Scouts of America in Wading River, New York. This Part shall apply to Deep Pond and lands necessary to access the pond as described in the Deep Pond Access Agreement signed on March 17, 1997. This access agreement is part of a land purchase agreement signed on the same date.
