55.1 Applicability.
The provisions of this Part shall apply to the Fort Drum Cooperator Area (“area”), a restricted area within the meaning of Environmental Conservation Law (“ECL”) section 11-0321, and for which a cooperation agreement pursuant to ECL section 11-0501 is in force. The area is located in the towns of Antwerp, Champion, LeRay, Philadelphia and Wilna in Jefferson County, and in the town of Diana in Lewis County.
