10.8 Sportfishing regulations for certain privately managed fishing waters.
(a) On Chatiemac Lake in Warren County, no person shall take trout except from April 1st through November 30th.
(b) On Balsam Lake and Winnisook Lake in Ulster County, trout may be taken in any number, any size, and at any time, including tip-ups. Any trout leaving the premises of the Balsam Lake or Winnisook Lake clubs must be properly identified as to its origin.
(c) On First Bisby Lake and Little Moose Lake, Green Lake and Panther Lake in Herkimer County, the following regulations shall apply:

except:
(1) On Little Moose Lake in Herkimer County, bass may be taken in any number, any size and at any time.
(2) On Green Lake and Panther Lake in Herkimer County, trout may be taken from April 1st through November 30th. Statewide size and bag limits apply.
(d) In Goodnow Flow in Essex County, black bass may be taken in any size and number from the third Saturday in April through October 15th; angling only permitted.
(e) On Blue Lake in Orange County, ice fishing is permitted. Statewide regulations apply to season, size and bag limits for all species.
(f) On Frank Masterson Park Pond in the City of Newburgh, Orange County, trout may be taken all year. Statewide size and bag limits apply to all species; ice fishing is not permitted.
(g) On lower Ausable Lake and the East Branch of the Ausable River from Russell Falls in Keene Valley upstream to lower Ausable Lake in Essex County, the following regulations shall apply:
