3.6 Native salamanders.
(a) Definitions.
For purposes of this section, native salamanders shall mean all life stages, including eggs, of the following species: eastern hellbender, mudpuppy, marbled salamander, Jefferson salamander, blue-spotted salamander, spotted salamander, eastern tiger salamander, red-spotted newt, northern dusky salamander, mountain dusky salamander, redback salamander, northern slimy salamander, Wehrle's salamander, four-toed salamander, northern spring salamander, northern red salamander, northern two-lined salamander, and longtail salamander.
(b) Open season.
None.
