Whenever a vehicle or combination of vehicles operating under a special hauling permit is involved in an accident reportable under section 605 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, a copy of the report filed with the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall be submitted to the permit agent within agent within 10 days of such accident.
