177.7 Waiver of rights prohibited.
A health care employer covered by this Part may not utilize employee waivers of the protections afforded under Labor Law section 167 or this Part as an alternative to compliance with such law or regulation. A health care employer who seeks such a waiver from a nurse in its employ shall be considered to have violated this Part.
