167.1 Scope of Part.
The purpose of this Part is to establish eligibility standards for the approval of previously unregulated agencies proposing to provide services under the State Education Coordination and Grants Program (SECGP), pursuant to section 123, and under section 141(o) of the Federal Job Training Partnership Act (P.L. 97-300)(JTPA). Such approval will be limited to eligibility for JTPA funding. This Part will also establish the requirements for the selection process for all agencies or institutions seeking to participate in SECGP.
