RULE 20-303. RECORD OF ACTION TRANSFERRED OTHER THAN TO AN APPELLATE COURT
(a) Between the District Court and a Circuit Court. The record of an action transferred from the District Court to a circuit court upon demand for a jury trial or on appeal shall be deemed to be within the custody and jurisdiction of the circuit court unless and until returned to the District Court in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Rules in Titles 2, 3, 4, and 7.
(b) Between Circuit Courts. The record of an action transferred between circuit courts shall be deemed to be within the custody and jurisdiction of the court to which the action is transferred in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Rules in Titles 2, 4, 11, and 16.
