§ 14-407. Suspension or revocation orders

Effective date
(a) An order of suspension or revocation is effective, in accordance with its terms and conditions, as soon as a disciplinary panel files it under this title.
Permanent record
(b) The Board shall keep a copy of the order of suspension or revocation as a permanent record.
