§ 10-218. Procedures for sharing criminal history record information
Currentness
The Secretary and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Maryland may develop procedures consistent with this subtitle to share criminal history record information with federal criminal justice units and criminal justice units of other states and countries.
