§ 3-407. Training
Grants for specific training assistance
(a) The Secretary may award a grant for job-specific training assistance to an eligible:
(1) business;
(2) community college;
(3) private career school;
(4) State-accredited training agency;
(5) trade association; or
(6) union-sponsored training program.
Approval for training
(b) Training shall be approved by the employer of those being trained.
Duration of training
(c) Under the Program, job-specific training may not exceed 1 year.
