§ 9-1D-03. Registration with commission
Currentness
Requirement
(a) A fantasy competition operator shall register with the Commission before the fantasy competition operator may offer a fantasy competition or services in connection with a fantasy competition in the State.
Term
(b) Unless a registration is renewed for a 1-year term, the registration expires 1 year from the initial date of registration.
Fee
(c) The Commission may impose a fee for the registration of a fantasy competition operator in accordance with this section.
