§ 33-803. Class B beer and wine license
Established
(a) There is:
(1) a Class B beer and wine 6-day license; and
(2) a Class B beer and wine 7-day license.
Scope of authorization
(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine at a hotel or restaurant, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on-premises consumption or on- and off-premises consumption.
Fees
(c) The annual license fees are:
(1) $300 for a 6-day license; and
(2) $400 for a 7-day license.
