§ 10-213. Admission to Bar to practice law, authorized activities
In general
(a) Subject to subsection (b) of this section and while an admission to the Bar is in effect, the admission authorizes a lawyer to practice law in any court.
Requirements from Supreme Court of Maryland
(b) Before a lawyer may practice law, the lawyer shall satisfy any additional requirement set by rule of the Supreme Court of Maryland.
