§ 13-804. Class C beer and wine license

(a) There is a Class C beer and wine license.
Scope of authorization
(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine to a member of a club and a guest of the member, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on-premises consumption.
Fee
(c) The annual license fee is $150.
