§ 15-401. Definitions
Currentness
In general
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
Commissioner
(b) “Commissioner” means the Insurance Commissioner.
Program
(c) “Program” means the Qualified State Long-Term Care Insurance Partnership.
