§ 11-303.2. More than one ballot from the same individual
Currentness
Subject to § 11-302(d)(3)(ii) of this subtitle, if a local board receives more than one ballot from the same individual, the local board shall:
(1) count the first ballot from the individual that the local board determines is legally sufficient; and
(2) reject any other ballot.
