§ 14-5F-29. License required to practice naturopathic medicine
(a) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, an individual may not practice, attempt to practice, or offer to practice naturopathic medicine in this State without a license.
(b) An individual who violates subsection (a) of this section or § 14-5F-30 of this subtitle is guilty of a felony and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 5 years or both.
(c) Any individual who violates subsection (a) of this section or § 14-5F-30 of this subtitle is subject to a civil fine of not more than $50,000 to be levied by a disciplinary panel.
