§ 4-1301. Definitions
In general
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
Executive Director
(b) “Executive Director” means the Executive Director of the Governor's Office of Crime Prevention and Policy.
Fund
(c) “Fund” means the Student Peer Mediation Program Fund.
Student peer mediation program
(d) “Student peer mediation program” means a program that trains students in conflict resolution.
