§ 11-203. Officers
Currentness
In general
(a) From among its members, the Board every 2 years shall elect a president, a secretary, and a treasurer.
Elections, duties
(b) The Board shall determine:
(1) The manner of election of officers; and
(2) The duties of each officer.
