§ 12-519. Prohibited locations of opened or altered roads
Scope of section
(a) This section does not apply to:
(1) Allegany County;
(2) Baltimore County;
(3) Montgomery County;
(4) Washington County; or
(5) Wicomico County.
Prohibition
(b) A road may not be opened or altered to pass through the buildings, gardens, yards, or burial grounds of any person without the written consent of the owner of the property.
