§ 12-518. Condemnation power of Allegany, Garrett, and Washington counties
Scope of section
(a) This section applies only to:
(1) Allegany County;
(2) Garrett County; and
(3) Washington County.
Condemnation
(b) For the purpose of building a new road, improving or widening an existing road, or draining a road, the county commissioners may acquire the necessary property through condemnation under Title 12 of the Real Property Article.
