RULE 10-803. AUGMENTED ESTATE
(a) Generally. A trust that is revocable at the time of death of the settlor is part of the decedent-settlor's augmented estate for the purposes of calculating the estate subject to election by a surviving spouse pursuant to Code, Estates and Trusts Article, Title 3, Subtitle 4.
(b) Duties of Trustee. On receipt of a written request by the decedent-settlor's surviving spouse, the trustee of a revocable trust shall deliver all information necessary to calculate the elective share.

(c) Value and Sources of Payment. The orphans' court may issue orders that may be necessary to determine or modify the value or sources of payment of an elective share.
