§ 10-203. Chairpersons
Currentness
In general
(a) From among its members, the Board shall annually elect one or more chairpersons.
Election, term, and duties
(b) The Board shall determine:
(1) The manner of election of the chairpersons;
(2) The term of office of the chairpersons; and
(3) The duties of the chairpersons.
