§ 17-501. Definitions
Currentness
In general
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
eMaryland Marketplace
(b) “eMaryland Marketplace” has the meaning stated in § 13-101 of this article.
Procurement
(c) “Procurement” means procurement by competitive sealed bidding, competitive sealed proposals, or noncompetitive negotiation.
