§ 33-1003. Ocean City Convention Hall license
Established
(a) There is an Ocean City Convention Hall license.
Authorized holder
(b) The Board may issue the license to the Convention Hall Commission and its successors for use on the premises of the Ocean City Convention Hall.
Scope of authorization
(c) The Ocean City Convention Hall Commission may:
(1) authorize a vendor to sell alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption under the license that the Commission is issued; and
(2) contract to receive part of the revenue derived from the vendor's sale of alcoholic beverages.
Effect of section
(d) This section does not affect the operation of § 33-1102 of this title.
