RULE 15-1207. STATEMENT AND ORDER OF COURT
(b) Order of Court. The statement shall include or be accompanied by an order granting or denying relief. If the order is in favor of the petitioner, the court may provide for rearraignment, retrial, custody, bail, discharge, correction of sentence, or other matters that may be necessary and proper.
Committee note: An appeal from a District Court judgment under this Rule proceeds in accordance with the Rules in Title 7, Chapter 100 applicable in civil actions. An appeal from a circuit court judgment under this Rule proceeds in accordance with the Rules in Title 8.
