RULE 4-611. INTERCEPTION OF WIRE OR ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
An application for an ex parte order to authorize or approve interception of wire or oral communications, and the issuance, extension, or renewal of any such order, shall be in strict conformance with all applicable federal and state statutes.
