RULE 15-1201. APPLICABILITY
Currentness
The Rules in this Chapter govern proceedings for a writ of coram nobis as to a prior judgment in a criminal action.
Committee note: The Rules in this Chapter are not intended to apply to proceedings for a writ of coram nobis as to judgments in civil actions. The failure to seek an appeal in a criminal case does not constitute a waiver of the right to file a petition for writ of error coram nobis. See Code, Criminal Procedure Article, ยง 8-401.
