RULE 15-805. CONSENT JUDGMENT
If the claimant and the Fund enter into a settlement agreement, in an action involving a claim for payment by the Fund, the court may enter a judgment by consent of the parties upon the filing of a motion setting forth the grounds for the claimant's entitlement to payment by the Fund, all the deductions required by law, and the amount of the agreed settlement. The motion shall be accompanied by a stipulation signed by the Executive Director consenting to entry of an order directing payment of a specified amount by the Fund.
