§ 8-705. Fourth congressional district
Currentness
Parts of Montgomery County
(a) The fourth congressional district consists of the following parts of Montgomery County:
(1) election district 5, precincts 2, 19, 21, and 23;
(2) that part of election district 5, precinct 4 that consists of census tract 7014.25, block 1001;
(3) that part of election district 5, precinct 12 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7014.17, blocks 1004, 2002, and 2004 through 2006;
(ii) census tract 7014.18, blocks 1000 through 1004 and 2000 through 2005; and
(iii) census tract 7014.24, blocks 1000 through 1004, 2000 through 2005, 2007 through 2009, and 3000 through 3016;
(4) that part of election district 5, precinct 17 that consists of census tract 7014.09, block 2012;
(5) that part of election district 5, precinct 18 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7014.08, blocks 1000 through 1009 and 1012 through 1017;
(ii) census tract 7014.26, blocks 2000 through 2008 and 2010 through 2013; and
(iii) census tract 7014.27, blocks 1000 through 1007;
(6) that part of election district 8, precinct 6 that consists of census tract 7013.16, block 2010; and
(7) that part of election district 13, precinct 67 that consists of census tract 7017.04, blocks 2014 and 2015.
Parts of Prince George’s County
(b) The district also includes the following parts of Prince George's County:
(1) election districts 1, 2, 10, 12, 16, 17, 18, and 19;
(2) election district 5, precincts 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 11;
(3) election district 6, precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 98, and 99;
(4) election district 9, precincts 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, and 13;
(5) election district 13, precincts 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, and 99;
(6) election district 14, precincts 2, 7, 8, 16, and 17;
(7) election district 20, precincts 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 97, 98, and 99;
(8) election district 21, precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 91, 92, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, and 99;
(9) that part of election district 5, precinct 2 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 8013.07, blocks 1000 through 1012, 1014 through 1023, and 1025 through 1029; and
(ii) census tract 8013.09, block 1009;
(10) that part of election district 5, precinct 7 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 8013.07, blocks 1024 and 2000 through 2020;
(ii) census tract 8013.08, blocks 1000 through 1007 and 1010 through 1013; and
(iii) census tract 8013.09, blocks 1000 through 1008, 1010, 1012 through 1025, and 2011;
(11) that part of election district 5, precinct 8 that consists of census tract 8013.02, blocks 2000 and 2001;
(12) that part of election district 6, precinct 10 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 8019.04, blocks 1002, 1003, 1005, and 1006;
(ii) census tract 8019.06, blocks 1000 through 1002, 1005, and 1006;
(iii) census tract 8021.04, blocks 1001 through 1003 and 2000 through 2002; and
(iv) census tract 8021.06, blocks 1002, 1003, 2000, 2001, 2005 through 2007, and 3000 through 3002;
(13) that part of election district 6, precinct 23 that consists of census tract 8022.03, blocks 2000 through 2010;
(14) that part of election district 7, precinct 22 that consists of census tract 8005.14, blocks 1001 through 1013, 2000 through 2018, and 3000 through 3004;
(15) that part of election district 9, precinct 3 that consists of census tract 8019.04, blocks 1015, 1016, 1034, and 1035;
(16) that part of election district 9, precinct 10 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 8012.10, blocks 1011 and 1012;
(ii) census tract 8012.11, blocks 2000, 2006 through 2008, 2012, and 2021;
(iii) census tract 8012.16, blocks 2007 through 2016; and
(iv) census tract 8012.17, blocks 1000 through 1012;
(17) that part of election district 13, precinct 9 that consists of census tract 8022.04, blocks 4000 through 4002, 4004 through 4016, and 4021 through 4023;
(18) that part of election district 13, precinct 10 that consists of census tract 8035.14, blocks 2000 through 2009 and 3000 through 3018;
(19) that part of election district 13, precinct 14 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 8035.20, block 3011;
(ii) census tract 8035.21, blocks 1000 through 1035, 1042 through 1049, and 1054 through 1062; and
(iii) census tract 8036.01, blocks 1026, 2000 through 2002, 2004 through 2006, and 2012 through 2014;
(20) that part of election district 13, precinct 15 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 8035.16, blocks 1000 through 1004, 2000, and 3004 through 3008; and
(ii) census tract 8035.20, blocks 1000 and 2000;
(21) that part of election district 13, precinct 23 that consists of census tract 8035.14, block 1015;
(22) that part of election district 14, precinct 1 that consists of census tract 8004.09, block 1014;
(23) that part of election district 14, precinct 12 that consists of census tract 8004.11, blocks 1017, 1020, 1022 through 1025, 2000 through 2008, and 2010;
(24) that part of election district 14, precinct 15 that consists of census tract 8004.09, block 1018;
(25) that part of election district 15, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 8022.04, blocks 4017, 4018, and 4020;
(26) that part of election district 20, precinct 3 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 8035.20, block 3008; and
(ii) census tract 8036.01, blocks 1002, 1012 through 1025, 1027, and 2003; and
(27) that part of election district 21, precinct 14 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 8073.01, blocks 1002, 1003, 2000, and 2001;

(iii) census tract 8073.05, blocks 1000 and 2000;
