§ 1-301. Definitions
Currentness
In general
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
Carrier
(b) “Carrier” includes a transportation agent.
Consignee
(c)(1) “Consignee” means a person selling farm products on commission.
(2) “Consignee” includes an agent, factor, and commission merchant.
