§ 2-510.1. Voting agreements
Currentness
Two or more stockholders of a corporation may enter into a written agreement that specifies that, in exercising any voting rights, the stock held by the parties to the agreement shall be voted:
(1) As provided in the agreement;
(2) As the parties may agree; or
(3) Based on a procedure set forth in the agreement.
