RULE 15-401. JUDICIAL REVIEW--HEALTH CLAIMS ARBITRATION
The rules in this Chapter apply to judicial review of an award determining a health care malpractice claim under Code, Courts Article, Title 3, Subtitle 2A and to an assessment of costs under an award.
