Minnesota's act remains a substantial adoption of the provisions of the Uniform Principal and Income Act (1962), but various amendments and newly enacted sections have adopted several provisions of the Uniform Principal and Income Act (1997). Therefore, Minnesota will be carried in the Table of Adopting Jurisdictions for both acts.
Enacted the Uniform Principal and Income Act (1997) without repealing the Uniform Principal and Income Act (1962).
