RULE 14-215. POST-SALE PROCEDURES
(2) Under Power of Sale--When Vendor and Purchaser Are the Same. If the individual making a sale and the purchaser at a sale made pursuant to a power of sale are the same person, the court shall appoint in the order of ratification a trustee to convey the property to the purchaser after payment of the purchase money. The trustee need not furnish a bond unless the court so provides in its order.

For an alternate method to take possession of residential real property when the person claiming a right to possession of the property by the terms of a foreclosure sale or court order does not have a court-ordered writ of possession executed by a sheriff or constable, see Code, Real Property Article, § 7-113 (b)(2)(ii).
