§ 7-402. Physical examination requirements
(a) The Department in consultation with the Maryland Department of Health shall adopt regulations requiring a physical examination for children entering the Maryland Public School System for the first time.
(b) The regulations shall require each child entering the Maryland Public School System for the first time to have a physical examination completed within:
