§ 5-639. Net metering
Currentness
A member-regulated cooperative shall:
(1) Implement a net metering program that is consistent with § 7-306 of the Public Utilities Article; and
(2) Use the process established under § 5-640 of this subtitle to resolve complaints related to net metering.
