§ 13A-1014. Contempt toward officials
A commissioned officer shall be punished as a court-martial may direct if the officer uses contemptuous words against:
(1) the President;
(2) the Vice President;
(3) Congress;
(4) the Secretary of Defense;
(5) the secretary of a military department;
(6) the Secretary of Homeland Security;
(7) the Governor; or
(8) the General Assembly.
