§ 5-203. Officers
Currentness
In general
(a) From among its members, the Board annually shall elect a chairman, a vice chairman, and a secretary.
Elections, duties
(b) The Board shall determine:
(1) The manner of election of officers; and
(2) The duties of each officer.
