§ 4-1002. Appropriation to the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office for the relocation of victims and witnesses of crime
(a) For fiscal years 2020 through 2023, each year the Governor shall include in the annual budget bill an appropriation of $360,000 for Baltimore City to be used by the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office for the relocation of victims and witnesses of crime.
